ITX was founded in 2000 in Geneva by Régis Van Deuren, Christophe Malavallon, and John Allinson, seasoned professionals in human resources and international finance. In January 2013, following a disposal process led by JPh Hottinguer Corporate Finance, the company was acquired by Milestone Capital Partners as part of a management buy-out. Christophe Malavallon remained at the helm of ITX as CEO, continuing to develop the company on a global scale.
